In Hercules in New York, parading ineptly through his movie debut as an overpumped god expelled from Olympus to '60s Manhattan, Arnold is stripped of his voice (it's dubbed), most of his clothes, and all his dignity. Long before a climactic Broadway chariot run, this one-joke spectacle turns flabby. D+
