CLASS OF NUKE 'EM HIGH PART II: SUBHUMANOID MELTDOWN Brick Bronsky, Lisa Gaye (1991, Media, $89.98, R) It's difficult enough to imagine anyone wanting to sit through this smutty sci-fi shambles, whose leads favor the pronunciation ''nooculah'' over nuclear, but did it really take six people to write it? The flick does, however, deserve some kind of trophy for incorporating the entire marquee-bending title into the theme song's chorus. F -DB
