Those Disney sorcerers are at it again. Four tapes from the ''long-awaited,'' nonanimated Studio Film Collection have reached the top 10 on the sales chart, though none are new to video.This week's rental chart proves that controversy counts, as Thelma & Louise holds on to its No. 1 spot for the second week and Jungle Fever, Spike Lee's harsh look at interracial romance, debuts at No. 6. On the other hand, sex appeal counts too: Julia Roberts revives Dying Young after an anemic theatrical release, and Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze keep the surfer-cop flick Point Break afloat.
