Tina Turner is headed for the small screen. The 53-year-old rocker has been working with the BBC on The Girl From Nutbush, a documentary about her life. Now comes word that ABC is courting Turner (at left, with a new 'do recently at London's Heathrow Airport) to star in a prime-time series that would debut next fall. The only comment from Turner's management: ''No comment.''
