Our story so far: With just eight weeks to go in the 1991-92 season, it's a tie. ABC's Roseanne, which finished 6th last season, and CBS' 60 Minutes, ^ which came in 4th, are vying to unseat NBC's Cheers (last season's winner) as TV's No. 1 show. But the more interesting fluctuations are lower on the Nielsen list. Among this season's biggest gainers are NBC's The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, which has vaulted from 34th last season to 15th this year; CBS' Evening Shade, up from 52nd to 17th; CBS' Northern Exposure (37th to 25th); and Fox's Beverly Hills, 90210, which has rocketed from a dismal 115th last year to 49th this season. So which series have taken the biggest dives? ABC's Family Matters has fallen from 8th to 20th; NBC's Golden Girls has dropped from 11th to 39th; and ABC's Who's the Boss? is headed for oblivion, having fallen from 23rd to 83rd place in just one season.
