Who'd have thought Happy Days' Potsie — Anson Williams — had it in him to direct this kinky, overripe mystery about a college misfit accused of murder? Typical of All-American Murder's myriad eccentricities, the seemingly catatonic cop Christopher Walken makes one of the most hysterically obscene entrances in years.
