If you can't make it to New Orleans for the Jazz & Heritage Festival this week, Let the Good Times Roll offers some compensation. Mixing archival footage, choice interviews, and sparkling concert performances from last year's jamboree, this lively program is as tasty as the city's renowned cuisine, save for periodic lapses into PR puffery.
