NEW 'WORLD' ORDER

Wayne rules the video world. The Saturday Night Live spin-off is a natural back on the small screen, shooting straight to the top of both the rentals and sales charts. A box office blockbuster as big as Wayne's World gets much of its strength from moviegoers who make more than one trip to the theater; Paramount is banking on repeat-viewing appeal on video, too, pricing the tape to sell at $24.95. I n its second week out, Barbra Streisand's shrink rap The Prince of Tides moves up three pegs on the rentals chart to No. 2. An unusual stability prevails on the rest of that chart, which comprises the same tapes as last week in the same order. LAST RENTALS WEEKS ON WEEK CHART
