Artist Robbie Conal launched his first art attack in 1986, when he pasted Los Angeles with a portrait of a wrinkled Ronald Reagan and three other slippery statesmen titled Men With No Lips. Since then he has parodied powermongers on city streets across the country, exhibited canvases of the originals in galleries, and taken commissions, most recently from Planned Parenthood.
