Laugh if you will, but Beverly Hills, 90210 could have been good — imagine a great collection of state-of-the-charts '90s pop. Instead, it's pure hackwork: colorless outtakes by Color Me Badd and Paula Abdul, fake white-bread rap, and one fine dance hit (Cathy Dennis' ''Why'') you can buy elsewhere. And since when do teenagers listen to Michael McDonald? D
