It'd be easy just to call this bogus made-for-TV band the Depths and be done with it — maybe too easy. Forget the show (now off the air). Forget the tired cover of ''Feelin' Alright.'' Just listen to Music From the Television Show The Heights: The schlockfest ''How Do You Talk to an Angel'' goes down easier than most No. 1 songs, and at least one Height, Zachary Throne, penned and sings a killer pop song here in ''Joanne.'' Dig the irony — the last guy who had a hit with that title used to be a Monkee. C
