The already-gold ''Rump Shaker'' single may have enough new jack pop hooks to skewer Moby Dick, but the album it comes from is about as memorable as a big bowl of jelly: Wreckx-N-Effect's Hard or Smooth shakes and it quakes, but no matter how much you eat, you've still got to grab a cheeseburger to kill your hunger pangs. C+
