NOVEMBER 27 The Howard Stern Interview debuts on E! Stern spends most of the half hour asking his guest, Garry Shandling, if he ''would call me a genius.'' Shandling describes Stern as ''somewhere between Lenny Bruce and Sally Jessy Raphael.''
