Steven Seagal's mug may have loomed large in the poster for Under Siege, but it was Tommy Lee Jones' swaggering turn as rock & roll terrorist William Strannix that dominated the movie. In his studded leather jacket, the ever-wily Jones was a rhinestone nuclear cowboy with a vision of new world disorder. And even though Strannix ended up with a knife in his head, Jones says he's ready for a sequel: ''Maybe the knife glanced off and slid between his scalp and skull. Or maybe he has enough money to hire the finest Swiss surgeons and get a brain transplant.''
