For next season, Eustis and Elias are said to be developing a sitcom for Class star Billy Connolly... After a streak of prime-time flops this season the Fox network is turning to a new source for inspiration: Artificial Intelligence. MUSIC: Flavor Flav (a.k.a. William Drayton), so likable and humorous on stage with Public Enemy, was apparently not so likable and humorous at his Long Island home on Feb. 10, when he was arrested on charges of punching his 21-year-old live-in girlfriend, Karren Ross, in the face. Nassau County police say that Ross suffered bruises and Flav, 31, reportedly admitted, ''We had a quarrel. We hit each other.'' But a spokesman for Rush Artist Management, which handles the rap group, insists, ''It's not really as bad as the press made it out to be.'' — Melina Geroas, Mark Harris, and Bob Mack
