MOVIES: Truth or Dare, Alek Keshishian's two-hour documentary of Madonna's Blond Ambition tour, sounds daring at least. In a poolside sequence Keshishian caught Madonna prompting one of her entourage to expose himself, persuading two male dancers to kiss passionately, and simulating oral sex on a plastic bottle of Vichy water. But the true-blue stuff comes later; when asked who the love of her life is, Madonna says: ''Sean.'' Penn, that is. Madonna's ex-husband and his girlfriend, Robin Wright, expect a child in April...
Word is that actress of the moment Annette Bening (The Grifters, Regarding Henry) will be joining Michael Keaton, who is to reprise his role as the depressed caped crusader, and Danny DeVito, who's set to play the Penguin, as the Catwoman in Batman II, directed by Tim Burton. Kim Basinger, the ex-Vicki Vale, wasn't written into the script this time around. The movie is slated for production this summer, for release next summer...

Popster-turned-mayor Sonny Bono is taking a hard line with college students during this year's spring break in Palm Springs, Calif.
