Nice Suit!

Recent lawusuits -- The latest on cases involving Dustin Hoffman, Zsa Zsa Gabor, and ''Parker Lewis Can't Lose!''

Recent lawsuits, filed for and against the famous, that the headlines missed.

Parker Lewis Can't Lose!, the Fox TV show, is being sued for $300 by bookseller Michael Fierstein, who claims location shooting in a Santa Monica mall prevented customers from getting to his mobile children's-book cart. He's seeking three days' lost wages.

Zsa Zsa Gabor is being sued by the Hollywood Fantasy Corp. for failing to honor a contract to act with tourists in San Antonio as part of their $7,500 ''fantasy.'' The suit alleges in part that Gabor wanted the company — which hires stars to perform for the camera with ordinary folks — to pay for her own makeup artist because ''people in San Antonio,'' she's quoted as saying, ''did not know how to use makeup.''

Dustin Hoffman is suing the woman who agreed to lease him a house on Tigertail Road in L.A. When her current tenants refused to move, the woman allegedly backed out of the deal. Hoffman seeks the return of his $27,500 deposit plus $500,000 in damages.
