HITLER'S DAUGHTER Patrick Cassidy, Melody Anderson (1990, Paramount, $79.95, R) The dumb title just doesn't do justice to this conspiracy thriller made for cable's USA Network. Yes, it is about a child secretly sired by the Fuhrer, and yes, she is spearheading an improbable plot to put a Nazi in the White House. But the fun is in watching that unbelievable plot unfold-and in guessing which she-wolf is Hitler's rightful heiress. Is it the Presidential candidate's power-craving wife (Veronica Cartright)? The steel-rimmed running mate on the opposing ticket (Kay Lenz)? Or is it perhaps the ambitious anchorwoman (Melody Anderson) who's sleeping her way to the top? Even if you guess early, there's plenty else here to keep you busy: Full of silent assassins, secret agendas, and behind-closed-door beddings, this exploitation film packs a mini-series' worth of pulp into a breathless 88 minutes.
