Garth Brooks still rules at No. 1 with additional support, just as he had last week, from his previous album, steady at No. 10. Motley Crue and Metallica continue strong, defying the recent history of short stays in the top 10 by hard-rock and metal records. What's most striking, though, is the growing gap between the two halves of the dual Guns N' Roses release, four spots apart a week ago and five now. Not every fan is buying both albums-and Use Your Illusion II, which has more catchy and familiar songs, has emerged as the favorite. LAST POP ALBUMS WEEKS ON WEEK CHART
