A game cast of familiar faces is wasted in Sundown, an anemic horror-comedy concerning a Western town populated by reformed bloodsuckers. Worse still, egregious cropping for video has reduced the movie's potentially handsome wide-screen imagery to an unsightly, choppy blur.
