At just over an hour, Jane Fonda's Lower Body Solution is a fairly straightforward low-impact aerobics and toning workout for the lower body. The aerobics section, led by three perky instructors, includes the optional use of a step bench. The routine focuses on lively marches, kicks, heel taps, lunges, and grapevine steps, done to a good, funky rhythm. Jane leads the floor-work segment with killer side leg lifts and a leg-lift routine on elbows and knees that could be risky to the back if one cranes the neck to watch her while attempting the movements.
