Before he began making a living impersonating Jack Nicholson, Christian Slater played a baby-sitter-tormenting Nazi wannabe in Twisted, a justifiably unsung teen-psycho opus. A what-the-heck-is-she-doing-here appearance by Dina Merrill provides the only charge to this otherwise somnolent effort. D+
