In Tony Bill's repetitive, lightweight satire, Dudley Moore plays a burned-out ad exec who gets committed to a mental institution by his coworkers after coming up with the idea of ''totally honest'' ad campaigns which later become wildly successful. All told, the film is less a diatribe against advertising than an unintentional celebration of it.
