Even in their youth, Boyz were unconvincing sexual conquistadors. A decade later, their greasy advances on Full Circle, particularly the gruesome ''Right on Time,'' are no more welcome. Worse, the tightly harmonized ballads that once lent them maturity are now garishly produced and lyrically insipid. ''Circle'' captures old men -- sometimes dirty, sometimes sweet -- in decline and still refusing to act their age.
