J. Lo is sued over her ''Glow'' perfume. Another company claims it owns the rights to the fragrance's name

Something stinks about Jennifer Lopez's new perfume line, Glow by J. Lo. So says a Los Angeles-based fragrance manufacturer, Glow Industries, which filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Wednesday against the singer/actress/restaurateur/fashion maven.

Lopez announced her perfume line at a press event on July 2, saying the scent would be available in September. The next day, E! reports, Glow Industries sent a letter to J. Lo warning her of the infringement on its line of Glow perfumes, which have been sold at department stores like Nordstrom since 1999. Lopez reportedly responded that she was going ahead with ''Glow by J. Lo'' anyway. She has not commented on the lawsuit, neither has Coty, the manufacturer of both J. Lo's fragrance and another new celebrity scent, an eau de Celine Dion.
