GHOSTS IN THE MACHINE ''Below'' tracks a WWII-era haunted submarine

Sure, we've had Russian submarines. German submarines. Submarine sandwiches. But a haunted submarine? That's the premise of ''Pitch Black'' director David Twohy's latest (coscripted by ''Requiem for a Dream'''s Darren Aronofsky), set during WWII. Think of it as ''K-666.''
