Though she claims to be a boricqua ''big sister'' brimming with life lessons, New York radio personality Martinez could use a little advice herself -- namely, quit moonlighting. ''Ten years deep/I was brought up in the s -- -,'' she boasts on ''Never,'' but most of that time was logged introducing other folks' records, which is as obvious now as it was on her amateurish 2001 debut. Martinez still flows as fluidly as a bumper car, and her trifles sound like they were penned between commercial breaks.
