THE DISH Think ''The Fast and the Furious'' as a weekly TV show. Van (Peter Facinelli) and Deaq (Bill Bellamy) go deep undercover while Billie (''Beverly Hills 90210'''s Tiffani Thiessen) provides the guns, the ammo, and the hot babe quotient.

WHY IT'S CHEESY FUN Billie reveals that she chose Van for his undercover gig because he has ''a face that can get past the rope and a body good to go all night.'' Oh, brother.

BEST SLAPDOWN The show may be short on witty repartee, but there's plenty of head butting, rib breaking, and general butt-whupping to make up for it.

WHO'S CRYING NOW? Not unless you laugh at the dumb dialogue until you cry.

NAIL BITING DRAMA With director McG (''Charlie's Angels'') at the helm, maybe the wowza action sequences will distract you from the predictable plots.
