Kelly got seriously mixed signals for her two songs. With ''Think Twice,'' no one seemed to like the song (except for this writer, who was covered in goosebumps), but everyone loved Kelly. ''The song is not good, but you were brilliant,'' Randy said. Paula called her ''amazing,'' while Simon didn't even comment on the song but proclaimed her ''the best singer in this competition.'' Clearly, the judges are fans (or are they?) because they gave her the incredibly difficult tune ''Without You'' for her second song. She may have sung the hell out of it, but she skipped over a few notes and messed with the timing along the way. Randy could only say ''You did your thing, man'' (not that he ever says much else), while Paula admitted the difficulty of the song. At least Simon threw her a bone. ''It's an incredibly tough song, but an amazing performance. Congratulations.''
