Don't judge this book based on its acknowledgments: The ex-supermodel with one tawdry tale to tell thanks everyone from her dog's groomer to the employees at her drugstore. Thankfully, Dickinson quickly gets it together, and No Lifeguard on Duty becomes one roller coaster of a read. From getting horizontal with Warren Beatty, Jack Nicholson, and Mick Jagger to getting jiggy with fellow sexy catwalkers, Dickinson gossips like a pro. She takes plenty of people down with her, but her tough-girl-survives-against-the-odds attitude manages to make the dirt she dishes shamefully savory.
