Usually, you book a hotel and hope you'll score a continental breakfast or maybe a robe. Consider the ante on hotel perks upped. At Burbank's new Graciela hotel, guests can reserve a room for $225 a night and have a Mercedes convertible waiting for them upon arrival. ''The response has been great,'' says general manager Jerome Strack, who is offering the special through the end of September. ''And it's not Suzy from Ohio who's calling -- CEOs, entertainment execs, and people from Madison Avenue are booking.'' The reason is simple, says Strack: ''Looks are everything in L.A.'' And looking good in traffic is even better.
