All About

Cybill Shepherd

After eight years in her hilltop home, Cybill Shepherd is ready to downsize. The actress-singer-model and mother of three is selling the gated retreat because now that her kids are away at school, she doesn't need so much space.

Built in 1951, the two-story roost was razed and almost completely rebuilt about 10 years ago. The grounds, which are about an acre and a half, include a pool, a lighted tennis court, a guesthouse, a large motor court, and a huge play yard. Inside the 7,000-square-foot house are a gourmet kitchen, a wine cellar, a study, and a master suite with steam shower, spa, and his-and-her walk-in closets. (Lou Woolf of Coldwell Banker has the listing.) No word on where Shepherd plans to settle next, but she does own a house in her hometown of Memphis.
