Sly Cooper And The Thievius Raccoonus

You've played this one before: A spry and lovable character must jump around collecting coins and gliding through obstacle-filled mazes until his showdown with the big boss. This time said character is a raccoonish burglar whose cel-shaded visage, and the intricately designed levels he conquers, are an eye-popping ad for the PS2's technological grandeur. Sure, Sly is indebted to a certain Mario, but the adventure genre is far from spent, and Sly's guaranteed to steal a few gaming hours, if not an entire weekend.
