Okay, we promise not to pimp any more Swedish rock bands for at least a month. But how could anyone sleep on this quartet of Scandinavian tuff girls, who pay tribute to the Runaways like the Donnas do the Ramones -- heartily and shamelessly? There's no ''Cherry Bomb'' on Jennie Bomb, but with riffage this classic, who needs songs? JOY OF SEX Depending on interpretation, ''On Top of Your World'' serves as an excellent argument against the missionary position.
