Actress Kim Hunter, 79, who originated the role of Stella in Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire on Broadway and then won a 1951 Oscar for reprising the part on screen, of a heart attack, Sept. 11, in New York City. After being blacklisted during the McCarthy era, she starred in 1968's original Planet of the Apes and two sequels. Even through layers of latex, Hunter made her monkey memorable, notes Beneath the Planet of the Apes director Ted Post: ''She humanized her character. She was so charming and warm.''... Broadway actor Cliff Gorman, 65, who won a Tony in 1971 as the title character in Lenny, of leukemia, Sept. 5, in New York City.
