A videogame derived from a comic book that plays like a movie, T:E falls short of being a first-rate first-person shooter. But who cares? The fourth installment of the Nintendo 64 classic offers plenty of thrills, lots of guns, even more gore, and of course, dinosaurs. (For newbies, Turok follows a young Indian brave named Tal'Set as he struggles to find his destiny in a prehistoric realm called the Lost Lands.) A solid title -- but still, we would have loved to see a game that was less evolutionary and more revolutionary.
