On Twisted Angel, LeAnn Rimes is neither as saucy as Britney nor as melismatically gauche as Christina, but she desperately wants to play with the bad girls. Years as a teen country grinner, though, do not a dancetastic siren (''Trouble With Goodbye''), pop kiss-off queen (''Life Goes On''), or sex kitten (''Tic Toc'') make. Only the swooning country-pop schmaltz (''Damn'') coheres. Someone unbreak her heart, please.
