Days of Thunder

Fox's new cop caper Fastlane flashes plenty of skin, including a peek at lead Peter Facinelli's rump in a steamy tryst with guest star Jennifer Sky during the Sept. 18 premiere. ''Have you ever seen a lovelier sex scene on TV?'' boasts McG, director of Charlie's Angels and the Fastlane debut, who defends the nudity: ''Why not? He's got such a great ass.'' The shaggy-haired hunk -- whose wife, Jennie Garth, stars in The WB's new What I Like About You -- is matter-of-fact about the scene. ''You show a bare arm,'' the actor reasons. ''This is just another bare body part.'' But costar Bill Bellamy suggests Facinelli (who also dropped trou in 2000's Supernova) likes the attention. ''It's no wonder you saw his ass right away,'' laughs Bellamy. ''He'll be fallin' in love once a f -- -ing week, this dude here. It's embarrassing!'' Bellamy says he'll eventually bare his own bottom, but he's saving ''the chocolate thunder'' for a very special episode.
