A bunch of colorful losers can't possibly pull off the safe heist they think they can in Welcome to Collinwood, a crackpot-criminal comedy starring Sam Rockwell, William H. Macy, Michael Jeter, and George Clooney. The doofus-on-the-loose banter has an after-hours loopiness, but the content isn't nearly as captivating as the rowdy participants think.
