''Friends'' star Courteney Cox Arquette and husband David Arquette are selling one of their L.A. homes. Bought by the actress in 1996, the 5,200-square-foot plantation-style estate was built by architect John Byers in 1949. The house features a family room, a library, a master suite, four fireplaces, hardwood floors, and a breakfast bar. The grounds are nearly an acre and offer a pool and a spa. (Jonah Wilson of Prudential John Aaroe Beverly Hills has the listing.) The couple won't feel too displaced, however, since they still have the $10 million Malibu spread they bought last year.
