Which is more squirm-inducing: an army of literally skin-crawling, supersmart cockroaches, or a clearly in-it-for-the-money Mickey Rourke? Sadly, neither gets enough screen time in ''Crawl,'' an above-average suspenser about a disgraced serviceman (Cosgrove) tracking down his brother's killer, and the cult leader (Rourke, in a cameo that feels like an afterthought) who could be behind it all. But with all its human-heavy drama, this is one bugged-out thriller in need of a few more 'sects scenes.
