This bizarre Japanese import plays like Garfield-meets-The Matrix's bullet-time effect. You're Blinx, a fat alley cat with a vacuum cleaner on his back. But this is no ordinary broom: Not only is it a weapon, but its Popeil-like versatility lets you surf game-time using VCR-style controls. Freeze time, slo-mo through difficult patches, or rewind levels to rebuild fallen statues and bridges. But the cool concept can't sweep away the problems -- a poor camera system, kitschy visuals, annoying music, and bland level design. Eject.
