It's still not clear why they split up in the first place, but the brief separation between salsa singer Marc Anthony and his wife, former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres, is over. So reports People magazine, which says the 34-year-old ''I Need to Know'' singer and his 28-year-old wife have reconciled.
News of the estranged couple's reunion was just as cryptic as the announcement in July that they had separated after just two years of marriage, which gave no explanation for the split. The pair have a 20-month-old son, Cristian. It's the first marriage for Anthony and Torres, though Anthony also has a daughter, 7-year-old Arianna, from a previous relationship with New York police officer Debbie Rosado.
People reports that the two plan to renew their wedding vows in December in Puerto Rico. Torres won the Miss Universe pageant in 1993 as a contestant from Puerto Rico, and while Anthony was born in New York City, his parents now live on the island.
