Rounding up cuts from these red-and-green-day Packers is a worthy endeavor, and the set gets off to a swell start with Dean's bourbon-heated ''I've Got My Love to Keep Me Warm.'' One hang-up: The disc ignores Sinatra's more swingin' side in favor of his hymns. And when I think of showbiz vermin, I think of foggy-headed wee hours, not solemn midnights clear.
