Extreme Ops is less a movie than a 93-minute Mountain Dew commercial. Actually, it's an execrable waste of celluloid about a film crew that stumbles upon the hideout of a Bosnian war criminal (Klaus Löwitsch) while shooting a digital-camera ad in the Austrian Alps. Unfortunately, that doesn't happen until an hour into the story, leaving way too much time for slo-mo snowboard and skiing footage.

When the action lags, the gang -- which includes Bridgette Wilson-Sampras (the 21st-century Janet Jones-Gretzky) and ''Final Destination'''s Devon Sawa -- jumps into the hot tub for a semi-nude round of ''Truth or Dare.'' It's all downhill from there, as these amateurs hunt down the world's most wanted man. But the film's most improbable feat? It didn't go straight to video.
