UPN
WHAT FLEW Monday's comedy foursome rakes in nice niche numbers with ''The Parkers'' (No. 101), ''One on One'' (91), ''(92),'' and new addition ''Half and Half'' (102). '''' has stabilized at No. 98, while ''WWE Smackdown!'' (86) and ''Enterprise'' (93) attract a dedicated -- but fading -- following.
WHAT BLEW Well, losing 18 percent of your viewership from last fall is kind of a bummer. Matthew Fox didn't draw much more than a party of five with otherworldly drama ''Haunted'' (canceled at No. 115). Notes CBS' Kahl, who also oversees UPN: ''It doesn't get tougher for 'Haunted' than to go up against ''Smallville' and ''24.''' And it's not getting easier for ''''(107) to hold ''Enterprise'''s audience while facing ''The West Wing'' and ''The Bachelor.''
WHAT THEIR RIVALS ARE SAYING ''I don't know what UPN is'' other than ''largely irrelevant.''
MIDSEASON CONTENDERS A still-untitled reality series about supermodels; single-woman sitcom ''Abby.''
