
Reese Witherspoon's ''Sweet Home Alabama'' character isn't gay, but her best friend is. So ''Alabama'' is among the nominees for for the 14th annual GLAAD Media Awards, announced Tuesday. Movies and TV shows from ''Kissing Jessica Stein'' to ''Six Feet Under'' are also nominated for the awards, which honor ''fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that affect [them],'' according to the organization. The awards will be given out in three separate ceremonies next year.
