Spilling her secrets to Diane Sawyer helped Whitney Houston get into Billboard's top 10, but just barely. The rumor-plagued diva's new album, ''Just Whitney,'' lands at No. 9 on next week's chart, with about 205,000 copies sold, according to Nielsen Soundscan figures cited in published reports. The late Aaliyah has the week's highest debut, though, with the greatest-hits collection ''I Care 4 U'' hitting No. 3. Shania Twain's ''Up!'' holds down the No. 1 spot for the fourth straight week, with sales leaping up 18 percent from the previous chart.
Fellow country femmes the Dixie Chicks see ''Home'' jump from No. 9 to No. 2, and yet another country act, Tim McGraw, slides in at No. 4 with ''Tim McGraw and the Dancehall Doctors.'' Eminem's ''8 Mile'' soundtrack holds on at No. 5, while the rest of the top 10 includes: Avril Lavigne's ''Let Go'' at No. 6, volume 11 of "NOW! That's What I Call Music" at No. 7, J. Lo's ''This Is Me ... Then" at No. 8, and B2K's ''Pandemonium'' debuting at No. 10. The previous week's No. 3, Mariah Carey's ''Charmbracelet,'' slips all the way to No. 14.
