Unless you're a fan of abstract turntablist DJ Krush, Message -- which is mostly a barren breakbeat soundscape -- will sound like nothing more than enjoyable background music. Guests like the rappers Anti-Pop Consortium add some traction, but not enough to give the CD real Depth.
