If you figured there must be more honey where the Hives came from, you can get it from these Nashvillians, whose shift from refined power-pop to rawer stuff may be a move toward their live sound and/or opportunism. They might eagerly straddle the fabled fine line between clever and stupid -- ''I'm gonna rock & roll with my rock & roll rock & roller,'' goes a chorus -- but you can't go too wrong filtering Cheap Trick and early Who through prevailing garage sensibilities.
